The Town of Marshall Planning Board began the process of revising the Comprehensive Master Plan with a desire to support the kind of community that promotes a better quality of life for our children and the many generations thereafter.

A  copy of the plan can be downloaded in PDF format (below) or a hardcopies are available at the Town Clerk's Office, 2651 State Route 12B, Deansboro, NY 13328.  

Reference copies are also available for viewing at the Deansboro Reading Center, the Waterville Public Library, and the Oneida County Planning Department.
