The Planning Board meets on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM.

The Town of Marshall Planning Board is looking for two new members.  Please email MashallPlanning@townofmarshall.com if you are interested in joining the Planning Board.  No prior experience is needed.

Duties of the Planning Board.

Approved and appointed by the Town Board, the Planning Board may review & approve site plans, subdivision requests, and make recommendations to the Town Board and Zoning Board of Appeals.
