The Town of Marshall will be picking up green waste, outside the Village of Waterville, the last Monday of each month, April through October.  Leaves, grass and flower clippings must be put in biodegradable bags. Residents who have green waste to be picked up should call the Town of Marshall Highway Garage at 315-841-8051 or 315-794-3852 and leave a message including your name and road you live on. No stumps or logs will be picked up, no exceptions. PLEASE NOTE: If you have a tree or hedgerow removed, it is your responsibility to clean it up.
